Terms of Service
These terms explain how EasyTokenCreator works, what you control, and which risks remain yours when deploying a token.
Last updated: June 9, 2026
1. Service
EasyTokenCreator is a non-custodial interface for configuring and deploying ERC20/BEP20-style token contracts from your connected wallet.
We do not hold your wallet, private keys, seed phrase, deployed token supply, or deployed contract ownership.
The service may include token templates, deployment assistance, explorer links, contract verification workflows, admin logs, and token management tools.
2. Your Responsibility
You are responsible for the token settings you choose, the network you deploy on, the wallet you use, and any legal, tax, regulatory, or compliance obligations related to your token.
You should review token name, symbol, supply, taxes, ownership settings, and explorer transaction details before confirming any wallet transaction.
If you enable minting, pausing, blacklist, tax, wallet limit, transaction limit, or ownership controls, you are responsible for how those controls are disclosed and used.
3. Fees and Refunds
Deployment fees are shown before you confirm a transaction in your wallet. Network gas fees are separate and paid to the blockchain network.
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. If a transaction is confirmed on-chain, deployment and gas fees are generally not refundable.
Testnet deployments may show zero EasyTokenCreator fee, but testnet tokens have no real economic value and do not guarantee mainnet success.
4. No Financial Advice
EasyTokenCreator does not provide investment, legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.
Creating a token does not mean the token has value, liquidity, regulatory approval, or market demand.
You should not present EasyTokenCreator, contract verification, or explorer visibility as an endorsement of any token, project, team, fundraising activity, or market claim.
5. Contract Verification
Explorer verification is provided as a convenience and may depend on third-party APIs such as Etherscan, BscScan, PolygonScan, BaseScan, Arbiscan, Snowtrace, or similar services.
Verification can remain pending, fail temporarily, or fail permanently if explorer APIs are unavailable, rate-limited, misconfigured, or if source metadata no longer matches the deployed bytecode.
A verified contract only means the explorer matched source code to bytecode. It does not mean the token is safe, valuable, audited, endorsed, or compliant.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use EasyTokenCreator for fraud, scams, impersonation, sanctions evasion, malware, market manipulation, illegal fundraising, or any unlawful activity.
We may block access, decline support, or preserve relevant logs if abuse, fraud, or security risk is suspected.
7. Availability and Risk
The service may depend on wallets, RPC providers, block explorers, Vercel, Supabase, and other third-party services. These services can fail, slow down, or return incorrect status temporarily.
Smart contracts and blockchain networks carry technical risk. You should test carefully before using tokens in production or with real users.
You understand that contract deployments, ownership changes, transfers, liquidity actions, and token management operations may be irreversible once confirmed on-chain.
8. Changes
We may update these terms, pricing, supported networks, contract templates, or product features as the service evolves.
Your continued use of the service after updates means you accept the updated terms.
